Who We Are

I began my love of the catering and hospitality industry many years ago when i worked alongside my brother at corporate events like Ascot, Henley, Wimbledon, The Open and many more. 

After several years of trying different industries, including an 8 year spell in Spain, i found the lure of catering and hospitality too great to ignore and so in Sept 2015 i discovered, fell in love with and bought Castle Cottage.

Leigh, my Catering Manager and right hand lady, is a super talented chef, master cake decorator and is pretty handy behind the bar. Our everyday menu does not showcase her talent in the kitchen which is why we love creating bespoke menus for our special events and private functions. This enables us to combine her talent with my love of great food and wine.
